Privacy policy

This policy applies to Gdrive connector, a private utility operated by the owner of Psy Industries.

Google account access

The utility requests Google Drive access through Google OAuth. Authorized operations can include listing files and metadata, uploading and downloading files, verifying checksums, and deleting or rotating backups. The requested Drive permission can cover the authorized account, not just one folder. The utility does not request your Google password.

Use and storage

Google access and refresh tokens are stored on the operator-controlled server with restricted access. File metadata and operational logs may be retained for verification and troubleshooting. Backup archives are encrypted before transfer to Google Drive. Local staging copies may be removed after remote verification.

Sharing

Google processes files and API requests as the storage provider. The connector does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or provide it for training generalized AI models. Access is limited to the authorized operator and software acting on their instructions.

Retention and control

Files remain in Google Drive until removed by the account owner or an authorized retention operation. Revoking the connector in your Google Account third-party access settings stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete files already uploaded. Contact the operator who supplied your authorization invitation for access, deletion, or privacy questions.
